When you create an account, place an order, book an appointment, purchase a gift card, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and, for orders, a delivery or billing detail.

We do not collect payment card numbers on this Site; mobile money and bank transfer payments are reconciled manually by our team.

We use your information to process orders and gift cards, schedule and manage bespoke appointments, respond to enquiries, and maintain your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Website Accounts

Your account password is stored using industry-standard one-way hashing (Argon2) — we cannot see or recover your actual password. Signing in issues a token used to keep you signed in on this device; it does not use tracking cookies for advertising.

4. Order & Appointment Records

Order and appointment details are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide after-sales alterations, and meet our bookkeeping obligations under Tanzanian law.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share information only where necessary — for example with a delivery partner to complete a shipment. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information, or to tell you what we hold about you, by contacting info@stanzobrand.co.tz. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The Site uses only the storage necessary for it to function — for example remembering items in your bag, your chosen currency, and keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
